آجیل - Ajil, Persian mixed nuts, is one of the most favorite treats served during parties, Yalda, Chahar Shanbeh Suri, and Nowruz celebrations. Every household mixes its ajil based on taste, preferences, and availability. Almonds, pistachios, cashews, hazelnuts, walnuts, roasted chickpeas, raisins, dried figs, and dried white mulberries are all classic staples.
